And our standards are high. We typically hire only one caregiver out of every 25 applicants because we’re looking for the right skills and a true passion for caring. And since safety and reliability are our top priorities, all of our caregivers are employees—thoroughly vetted, background checked, trained, and managed by our team.

Behind every A.L Gordon caregiver is a dedicated Care Team providing guidance and support 24/7. Overseen by a Client Care Manager, your team will include specialists who handle everything from scheduling care visits to designing and updating your Care Plan.
Working collaboratively and drawing on our experience, we’re able to anticipate changes in care needs, prevent avoidable issues, and enhance the overall care experience for clients and their loved ones.

Myckelle Williams
Myckelle, originally from Los Angeles, California, now resides in Marietta, Georgia. In her leisure time, she cherishes moments with her six grown children and six grandchildren.
With a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology and a Bachelor Degree of Arts in Broadcast Journalism, Myckelle furthered her education by obtaining a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership in 2017. She also holds a Professional Coaching Certification from Lipscomb University in Nashville.
Motivated by the tragic loss of her disabled mother due to elderly abuse and neglect by her caretaker, Myckelle resolved to prevent similar tragedies. This determination led to the establishment of "A.L. Gordon Care Group" in honor of her beloved mother, Addreinne L. Gordon.
Myckelle has always been passionate about advocating for the elderly and vulnerable. Alongside her daughter, she initiated the anti-bullying organization "Shame Free" to support bullied youth and prevent youth suicides nationwide. Their efforts garnered recognition from celebrities such as Tyra Banks and singer Ciara, with her daughter earning accolades for her bravery.
Vice President of Operations
Trina Stinson
Trina Stinson, a California native who has called Georgia home for over two decades, has built a life with her husband and three adult children. With a Bachelor's degree in Information Security Systems, Trina currently serves as a Chemical Management Supervisor in the Aerospace industry. Additionally, she holds a leadership role with Mary Kay Cosmetics, a top direct sales company in skincare and makeup.
Driven by a desire to promote mental well-being, Trina is pursuing certification in various mental health disciplines. This mission is deeply personal, as her family experienced the devastating loss of her beloved 21-year-old son to mental health challenges in September 2019.
Trina's dedication extends to advocating for mental health awareness and support across all age groups. Whether it's caring for the elderly or assisting individuals of all ages with their mental well-being, she is committed to making a difference.
Teaming up with her longtime friend Myckelle Williams, Trina is honored to collaborate on initiatives that provide essential assistance to those who may not be able to fully care for themselves. Together, they strive to honor Myckelle's mother and ensure that nobody suffers alone in silence.
